Easements & Rights of Way Pt III

Easements are interests in real property and therefore, must be created by virtue of a written document with some exceptions which will be addressed in the next tutorial in this series. Written easements can be created in a wide variety of ways – from express grants at one end of the spectrum to statutory, court-sanctioned condemnations at the other end.
