Oklahoma Minimum Standards for Land Surveying

This one-hour course capsulizes all the information that surveyors may need to understand their obligations under the Oklahoma Minimum Standards of Practice regulations as established under By-Law, Rules of Procedure 245:15-13. These rules include the Research and Investigation phases of performing a land survey, the Minimum Technical Standards that the survey must comply with, and Legal Description Standards.  Additionally the requirements for a Mortgage Inspection Report are covered.
